Over 5000 visitors and buyers from Federal, State and Local Government Bodies, Contractors, Consultants and the general public are expected to visit LOGOV Expo 2012. Over 200 outdoor sites and 40 pavilion booths will be provided for an expected 240 exhibitors. At our NEW permanent site in Caboolture!
Tradesmen, Engineers, Landscapers, Contractors ... it's the trade show you can't afford to miss. Exhibits range from heavy machinery, road safety and survey equipment through to turf, landscaping and playground equipment. A wide range of goods and services applicable to local government and public works are on display.
While the exhibition ensures that practitioners gain the appropriate knowledge to allow them to perform their roles, it also helps to raise funds that enable the Queensland Foundation for Public Works Engineering to offer scholarships and endowments to practitioners to further their education by undertaking study tours, research or education.
We are hoping to raise a total of approximately $100,000 this year. All profits will go to the Foundation to create some great opportunities for the Public Works sector in much needed training and scholarship programs over the next two years.
LOGOV remains the only show in Queensland that serves the entire Public Works industry!
Planned to coincide with the Institute of Public Work Engineering Australia, Queensland division (IPWEAQ) state conference, LOGOV exhibitors can rest assured that senior engineers will attend the event as part of the conference. IPWEAQ also assists Councils, Utilities and other Local Government organisations to send their purchasing officers to stay abreast of the latest innovations and ensure everyone has an opportunity to view the products and services on offer.
Exhibitors have logged on to the new LOGOV website and sites are moving quickly with a great take-up from all our usual partners and many new ones as well.
Come along to see the many exhibitors and what they have to offer. The highlight of the Expo will be the demonstrations happening throughout the day at the DIGSITE fed live to the Gigantic BIGSCREEN!
