This Application, together with the "Conditions of Exhibition", comprise the whole agreement between the undersigned Exhibitor and the Foundation relating to Logov Expo 2008. Spaces reserved by submitting this form, telephone or facsimile must be comfirmed within (30) days by sending $500 deposit, otherwise the foundation reserves the right to re-allocate such spaces.

FREE CATALOGUE LISTING - Description of Exhibit

LOGOV Expo 2008 and is freely available at the venue).

OUTDOOR SITES: (9 metres deep x 6 metres wide; power and water available)

First site module: $1,250 Second site module: $1,100 Additional modules: $1000 (incl GST)

INDOOR BOOTHS:
Each module $2000 (incl GST) - booths are 3 metres x 3 metres and include power outlet, air conditioning, spotlights and wall panelling (Velcro compatible 2.4 metres high), includes table and chairs, and company name signage.

Moreton Hire is LOGOV’s preferred supplier of marquees and other equipment -

FREE ASSISTANCE FOR SETTING UP AND REMOVAL
Sherrin Crane Hire will have a crane and two x (2) tonnes capacity fork lifts available Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th October for setting up and Thursday 9th and Friday 10th for removal.

Logan City Council will have available a skid-steer loader and post-hole borer available Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th October and Thursday 9th and Friday 10th (from 4.00pm Thursday)
